If Alucobond® panels were readily available and affordable they would offer an exciting alternative for projects of Metal Building Dealers. However, they have been both expensive and difficult to obtain.

Rapid ACM has been developed to solve these problems.

By developing a unique ordering method and simplifying the applications, Rapid ACM can be obtained for approximately half the price and a fraction of the time required for traditional construction. As Metal Buildings can deliver an enclosed structure for less money and in less time, Rapid ACM panels can offer the Alucobond® panels in less time at a lower cost.

Rapid ACM provides Alucobond® Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels; cut to size, ready to fold and install, direct from The Miller-Clapperton Partnership, Inc. (MCP). Rapid ACM offers fabricated panels, starter installation kits, attachment angles, basic fasteners, and other accessories, which allow you to get started quickly.

Rapid ACM panels can also be field modified to allow you to proceed with ordering the material, even before all of the field dimensions are available.

What is Alucobond®?

Alucobond is an Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) consisting of two sheets of smooth .020" aluminum thermobonded to a polyethylene core in a continuous process. Alucobond is pre-finished with a premium Kynar® coil coating that is available in several attractive colors. The standard Alucobond® offering for Rapid ACM is the 4mm thick product in 50" or 62" widths.

Alucobond® is used as cladding for many diverse applications such as office buildings, hospitals, airports and for critical design elements such as entrances, canopies, column covers and interiors.
